Thank you for your interest in Pacsent OÜ (“We”, “Us”, “Our”, “Pacsent”)

We will be referring to products and services we offer collectively as “our product” or “our services” interchangeably.

By using or accessing our product you agree to our terms of service as follows.

When you use our product, you provide input like files, messages and contacts. This information you provide is yours. These terms give us limited rights to enable us to provide you with the functionality our product offers.

You must comply with respective intellectual property rights when uploading and sharing content on our product. You may not upload, download, copy or share content if you do not have the right to do so.

We may review your compliance, however we are not responsible for content Pacsent members share on our product.

You are required to use our product in compliance with applicable national and international laws and regulations. Pacsent cannot be held responsible for improper use of our services.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our product.

Pacsent works with a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model. We grant you the right to use our product for the time period agreed upon between you and Pacsent. Violation of our terms of service may lead to suspension of your account.

You agree not to decompile or reverse engineer our product, software or the source code or provide access with your account to third parties for such activities.

You agree not to resell, lease, loan or sublicense any part of our services to third parties.

You agree not to send unsolicited invitations both to Pacsent members and non-members.

You agree not to upload, share or send any malicious code or files (virus, spyware, etc.) using our product.

You agree not to impersonate any person or organization or attemp and kind of fraud.

In case of suspension or cancellation of your account before your subscription expires, no refunds are provided.

The terms of service can be updated without prior notice as our product changes. The latest version will be made available on this page.
